State minister for housing yet to receive resignation letter

Rajuk Chairman Nurul Huda has submitted his resignation letter citing health ground.
The Rajdhahi Unnayan Kartipakkha (Rajuk) chief told reporters at the housing ministry on Monday that he submitted his resignation letter to housing Secretary Khandaker Shawkat Hossain on Sunday evening.
Meanwhile, State Minister for Housing Abdul Mannan Khan, who was standing beside the Rajuk chairman at the ministry, however said he was yet to receive the resignation letter of the Rajuk chief.
Rajuk sources said Huda had a conflict with the housing state minister centring a project on Sunday and he consequently resigned following the disagreement.
He was however visited the newly inaugurated Hatirjheel project with State Minister for Housing Abdul Mannan Khan in the capital after addressing newsmen.
"We worked with him (Rajuk chairman) for the last three and a half years and we also hope to work together in future," the state minister told reporters.
"There is no conflict between us," Mannan said when reporters asked him whether Nurul Huda resigned following any conflict with him.
The Rajuk chief submitted his resignation letter after a meeting with the state minister Sunday evening, the ministry sources said.
The tenure of Rajuk boss will end on March 30, 2013.
