Another Bogra victim dies

A teenaged boy died on Tuesday, two days after he was hit by a bullet in a clash between Jamaat-e-Islami and its student wing, Islami Chhatra Shibir, activists and the law enforcers in Bogra.
With this, the death toll from the clash stood at 10, reports our Bogra correspondent.

Mohammad Selim, 17, succumbed to his injuries around 6:00am at Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital, said Mokbul Hossain, additional superintendent of police (A circle-Bogra).
The ASP said Selim was hit by a bullet when police opened fire to disperse pro-hartal activists after being attacked by Jamaat-Shibir men at Satmatha intersection of the district town during the Jamaat-enforced 48-hour hartal on Sunday.
Selim was with Jamaat-Shibir activists during the clash, the ASP said.
The supporters of Jamaat and Shibir clashed with law enforcers at different upazilas of Bogra killing nine people on Sunday.
