4 Bangladeshis killed in Oman crash

"The accident took place in the wee hours of Monday when the Omani driver of a truck with 18 Indian and Bangladeshi workers on board lost control," a spokesperson for the Royal Oman Police's Public Relations Department told Gulf News.
"The vehicle veered off the road and hit the iron road barriers," the newspaper quoted the official as saying.
The bodies of the deceased Bangladeshi workers were transferred to the Royal Omani Police Hospital Morgue in Muscat.
The injured were initially rushed to Jalan Bani Bu Ali Hospital. Six of them were transferred to Sur Hospital. Three, including two Bangladeshis, of the six transferred are seriously injured, the paper said quoting hospital sources.
