Dhaka, Aug 7 The High Court on Tuesday ordered the police's Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to transfer to the Rapid Action Battalion the case involving the murder of six students in mob lynching in Savar's Amin Bazar on July 18 last year. The bench of justices Farah Mahbub and Abdur Rob also ordered the Inspector General of Police and Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner to complete the transfer within seven days.
The court gave the RAB Director General four months to finish their investigation into the murder and submit a report.
