BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia today urged people from all walks of life
to march towards Dhaka on December 29 to force the government to scrap
the January 5 parliamentary election.
Calling upon the government not to create any obstacles towards the 'March for Democracy', Khaleda warned of tougher agitation programmes otherwise.
Khaleda, also chief of the BNP-led 18-party opposition alliance, urged the people from across the country to gather in front of BNP's Nayapaltan central office in the capital holding the national flag.
